
On a secluded mountain peak above Five-Dragon, Wudang’s oldest Daoist temple, is a cave excavated out of the mountain rock. In the tradition of the Daoist hermit, it’s purpose was as a sanctuary for meditation and Tai Chi.

Standing meditation is a perfect example of non-action, an underlying theme of the Tao and found in the classic text, Tao Te Ching.
