In our 60 minute documentary we travel from the small Japanese fishing town of Tadotsu, where the founder, Doshin So established the headquarters, to present day Northern California for a World Taikai and international study session lasting almost one week. This is our new release Shorinji Kempo 70 Years.
This preview clip features the start of the Embu competitions at the World Taikai accompanied by superb Taiko drummers from San Francisco. Sensei Kawashima provides commentary interviews during throughout our documentary. He is the chief instructor for the intense three day study sessions that follow the World Taikai.
